What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data Bazentica Private Limited collects through this website, why it is collected, how long it is kept and who it is shared with. It applies to the website only. It does not cover data exchanged under a signed supply contract, which is governed by that contract.
Data we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, country and message that you enter into the form. Nothing in the form is inferred or purchased from a third party.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, request time and user agent. These logs are used for security and for diagnosing faults.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of commercial correspondence as required under Indian company and tax law. We do not sell enquiry data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are deleted after twenty-four months. Where an enquiry becomes an order, the correspondence is retained for eight years as part of the statutory books of account.
Who it is shared with
Enquiry data is visible to Bazentica staff handling the enquiry, to our hosting provider as a processor, and to a manufacturer where a quotation cannot be prepared without it. It is not transferred to any other party.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the email address on our contact page and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes to this policy
