Incorporated in 2025 and registered at Kandhla in District Shamli, Uttar Pradesh, Bazentica operates as a merchant exporter. We buy from vetted manufacturers in the textile clusters of Panipat and Karur, the food processing belt of western Uttar Pradesh, and organised FMCG and electronics distributors. Every consignment leaves with a full document set and an inspection record.

We are a merchant exporter, not a mill. That is deliberate: it lets us place an order with whichever unit is right for the specification and the volume, rather than pushing whatever a single factory happens to make. What we own is the process around the order - the specification sheet, the inspection, the document set and the follow-through.

Current shipments go to buyers in the GCC, the European Union, the United Kingdom, West Africa and Southeast Asia. First orders are usually small, and we prefer it that way - a trial container tells both sides more than a reference letter.
